Brief...

To design and create the principal marketing materials for the launch of PRUPIM’s ‘new’ Imperium building and to develop a campaign building up to a successful agent launch.

Solution...

We created an eye-catching brand style, teaser campaign, through to graphics at the launch, and subsequently a bold, yet functional brochure. We showcased Imperium while pushing the boundaries with a multi-layer duplexed invitation and hand trimmed brochure.

Results...

The agents launch saw a staggering 33% acceptance rate from those invited, despite the proximity to Christmas and the hard economic climate that the agents have been experiencing.
